In Loving Memory of Our Chair of Trustees
Rob wasn’t just a trustee. He was a pillar. A believer. A man who saw possibility long before the rest of us dared to name it.
Success Club exists today because Rob stood beside us at the very beginning. He offered not only his time and expertise, but his heart. He championed young people with the same conviction he brought to every part of his life: quietly, consistently, and with absolute integrity.
He never asked for recognition.
He wanted children to have better chances.
He wanted families to feel supported, not forgotten.
He wanted communities to be stronger because someone cared enough to show up.
And he showed up, every single time.
Rob was the kind of man who made you feel steadier just by being in the room. A voice of reason. A calm presence. A listener first, a leader always. He believed in people, even when they didn’t believe in themselves. Many of the decisions that shaped Success Club, the ones that helped us grow, the ones that kept us steady, the ones that reminded us why we do what we do, were made with Rob sitting at the table, gently steering us forward.
His passing leaves a space that cannot be filled.
But his influence, his kindness, and his belief in our mission live on in every child we support and every story we help rewrite.
This page will remain on our website permanently as a tribute to Rob, to honour the man who helped build the foundations we stand on, and to remind us that one person, acting with purpose and heart, can truly change the lives of thousands.
We miss him.
We treasure him.
And we dedicate our continued work to the legacy he helped shape.
Thank you, Rob, for everything.
